Window profiles couldn’t look any more marvellous: the GEALAN S 9000 system’s floor-to-ceiling windows in the Dresden living quarters MaryAnn feature the colour GEALAN-acrylcolor® gold and radiate right across the entire Postplatz square – a central transportation in the centre of Dresden.

MaryAnn is located across from the Zwinger Palace and next to the Dresden’s gorgeous Altstadt (old city). 191 flats were created on seven floors, and the property also has 250 parking spots in an underground car park and 3,400 square metres of office, retail, and restaurant space.

Tenants here reside at the heart of Saxony’s capital city, just a stone’s throw away from art, culture and urban life. The one- to four-room flats offer a high degree of comfort: they are outfitted with balconies or rooftop terraces, oak parquet flooring and heated floors. The interior design is topped off visually by the opulent gold colour of the window profiles.
